As artisans, our breads are fermented and naturally leavened. There are never any processed foods, preservatives, or bleaches. All are non-GMO, contain no colorings or additives, and baked fresh using organic or sustainably grown wheat . Our organic varieties are carried exclusively in SF at Rainbow Grocery Cooperative. With our flours coming from the highest quality provider in the Bay Area, using the highest standard in grain selection, and milled in an AIB Superior and SQF Certified Mill, we proudly take part in San Francisco's great bread making traditions.
